Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience Required: 3–4 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Handle petty cash independently and maintain accurate records.

Prepare, verify, and process billing & invoicing of sales bills.

Keep track of collections and follow up with debtors for timely payments.

Monitor and record inward & outward orders.

Manage all accounting tasks independently without supervision.

Maintain proper documentation and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office.

Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
