Collection Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Debt Recovery Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in loan collection or recovery calls.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for overdue loan payments.

• Follow-up professionally and ensure timely recovery of pending dues.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and payment commitments.

• Handle customer queries politely while adhering to company policies.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in debt recovery or loan collection calling.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of basic computer operations and MS Excel.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Salary: As per experience and performance.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
