Collection Manager

We are looking for an Tellecaller in collection field to join our team at at Endeavour Solution. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 18,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

‌Debt Recovery & Negotiation: Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment plans, settlements, or repayment schedules.

‌Customer Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails to follow up on invoices and resolve customer queries or disputes.

‌Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate records of all collection efforts, customer conversations, and payment transactions in CRMs or databases.

‌Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, or monthly status reports on collections to management.

‌Field Visits: Conduct in-person visits to locate or collect payments from high-value or non-responsive debtors.

‌Compliance: Adhere to legal regulations (such as RBI guidelines) and company policies regarding debt collection.

‌Account Monitoring: Identify and track overdue accounts, identifying reasons for non-payment and flagging problematic accounts for further action.

‌Relationship Management: Reconcile customer accounts and maintain positive relationships while securing payments. 

Job Requirements: A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is below 12th and 0 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about collection and fresher can also apply
