Maintain day-to-day accounting for clients using Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or other accounting software.
Prepare ledger entries, bank reconciliations, journal vouchers, and monthly financial statements.
Assist in finalization of accounts.
Handle GST filing, GST returns, reconciliation and compliance.
Prepare and file TDS returns, advance tax computation, and 26AS reconciliation.
Support in Income Tax return (ITR) preparation for individuals and businesses.
Maintain statutory records and documentation.
Assist in statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit assignments.
Prepare audit schedules, collect required documents, and coordinate with clients.
Support CA in audit reporting and compliance verification.
Communicate with clients to collect data, resolve queries, and ensure timely submission of records.
Provide basic consultation related to accounting, GST, TDS, and compliance status.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, agreements, and financial papers.
Prepare MIS reports as needed.
Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of client financials.
