Maintain books of accounts (day-to-day accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journals).
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor/supplier reconciliation and customer outstanding follow-up.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per government guidelines.
Assist in payroll processing, employee advances, and related compliance.
Manage petty cash, bank reconciliation statements, and cash flow reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Support costing activities – calculation of raw material, packaging, and production costs in the sweet industry.
Ensure timely invoicing, billing, and collection of payments.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
Monitor compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Need to visit all our outlets during season time and non season time for Collection and Bank deposit works.
Need to go Banks for Bank related works
