We are looking for Accounts Manager, Purchase Manager, Liaison Manager, and Maintenance Manager to join our team at R K Flexipack Pvt Ltd. Each role contributes to smooth organisational functioning—ranging from financial management and procurement to government coordination and maintenance operations. The positions offer a monthly in-hand salary between ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 and provide long-term stability and professional growth.
Accounts Manager
Manage financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
Ensure timely GST/TDS filings, computations, and regulatory compliance
Securely maintain and back up financial data with confidentiality
Purchase Manager
Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement
Maintain purchase records, MIS, and coordinate with inventory/store teams
Ensure timely availability of materials and implement cost-control measures
Liaison Manager
Coordinate with government departments, local authorities, and external agencies
Handle documentation, permissions, licenses, and compliance follow-ups
Maintain smooth communication and professional relationships with stakeholders
Maintenance Manager
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines/equipment
Maintain maintenance logs and ensure smooth plant/office functioning
Reduce downtime and ensure safety compliance
A suitable candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and managerial abilities. The minimum qualification for these roles is a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Diploma with 1–7 years of experience, depending on the position. Applicants should possess role-specific knowledge—for example, accounting standards and GAAP for Accounts, procurement processes for Purchase, government procedures for Liaison, and technical expertise for Maintenance.
