Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
Build strong relationships with guests by understanding their preferences and ensuring personalized service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the reception and guest areas.
Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference.
Assist in promoting special events, offers, and promotions to guests.
Key Skills Required:

• Pleasant personality and customer-first attitude
• Basic computer/POS knowledge (billing, entries, etc.)
• Ability to multi task and handle pressure during festive seasons
