Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Manager, located in Chennai. The Accounts Manager will handle day-to-day financial operations including budget management, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and overseeing payroll processes. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with tax regulations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate financial records, and strategizing for optimal financial performance aligned with company objectives. Driving efficiency and accuracy in financial workflows will also be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budget management, and accounting principles

• Skilled in account reconciliation, tax compliance, and payroll processes

• Strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented approach

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder coordination skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Relevant experience in financial management or accounting roles, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry

• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment and adapt to a dynamic workplace.

Experience - More than 15 years in our filed or Manufactturing, Glass and Building material

Preference - Male Chennai candidate
