Accounts Executive

•Maintain books of accounts (day-to-day accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journals).

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor/supplier reconciliation and customer outstanding follow-up.

• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per government guidelines.

• Manage petty cash, bank reconciliation statements, and cash flow reporting.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Support costing activities – calculation of raw material, packaging, and production costs in the sweet industry.

• Ensure timely invoicing, billing, and collection of payments.

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.

• Monitor compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Need to visit all our outlets during season time and non season time for Collection and Bank deposit works.

• Need to go Banks for Bank related works.
