Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate accounting, and providing support for financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage accounts payable and receivable

·         Process invoices, payments, and receipts

·         Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements

·         Assist in budgeting and forecasting

·         Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws

·         Prepare and submit statutory reports

·         Maintain financial records and databases

Requirements:

·         Bachelor Degree

·         2-5 years of experience in accounting

·         Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally)

·         Strong numerical and analytical skills

·         Attention to detail and accuracy

·         Salary processing

·         Eway Bill, Tax Invoice and Purchase Order

Desired Skills:

·         Experience in manufacturing sector

·         Knowledge of GST and tax laws
