Job Title: Accounts Executive

Qualification: B. Com (Commerce)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and have strong knowledge of taxation and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including voucher entries and journal entries

• Manage purchase and sales entries

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation

• Ensure proper bookkeeping and record maintenance.

• Handle TDS calculations.

• Assist in GST filing, GST reconciliation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP

• Strong knowledge of GST, and GST Reconciliation

• Experience in TDS calculation.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data

• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills:

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
