The Team
You’ll work in close collaboration with the warehouse operations and execution teams, contributing to smooth daily operations and strict process adherence.

Role Summary
We are looking for an Operations Associate to support and execute warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have basic operational knowledge, experience with inwarding processes, and strong emotional stability to work effectively in a warehouse environment. This role requires discipline, accuracy, and calm handling of operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inwarding activities as per defined warehouse processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, discipline, and SOPs.
• Perform mandatory identification and verification checks before inwarding.
• Follow and support the end-to-end product cycle with basic operational understanding.
• Maintain and update operational data using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Conduct basic root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure inwarding and warehouse processes are executed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to resolve daily operational challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduation or Diploma in ITI or equivalent vocational qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or related operational roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse inwarding and material identification processes.
• Basic computer proficiency with working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Awareness of the end-to-end product lifecycle within warehouse operations.
• Ability to perform basic root cause analysis (RCA) for operational issues.
• Strong process orientation with adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Emotionally stable, mentally strong, and capable of handling operational pressure.
