Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, proficiency in Excel, and experience with bank reconciliations. Basic understanding of accounting principles is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.

• Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on mismatches or discrepancies.

• Support accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Assist in preparation of financial statements and periodic reports.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

• Generate and work with Excel reports (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties like banks or vendors.

• Support audits and compliance requirements as needed.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance role.

• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory).

• Proficiency in MS Excel – including formulas, basic data handling.

• Experience in bank reconciliation processes.

• Understanding of basic accounting principles (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance).

• Attention to detail and good numerical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
