Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts cum Sea Exports Executive with 5–6 years of relevant experience in handling both accounting functions and sea export documentation.

The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities such as invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and processing export documents including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, while coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHAs to ensure smooth shipment operations.

  1. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of export procedures and compliance requirements, along with proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

  2. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential for this role. Experience in the import/export will be an added advantage.
