Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support billing and project-related accounts for our HVAC contracting business.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expense, and bank transactions).

Maintain ledgers, reconcile bank statements, and manage petty cash.

Prepare and process vendor bills, client invoices, and follow up on payments.

Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

Support management with monthly MIS reports and cash flow statements.

Coordinate with the project and purchase departments for documentation and approvals.

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com degree with 2–5 years of accounting experience.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliation.

Experience in a construction / contracting / HVAC company preferred.

Attention to detail, accuracy, and good communication skills.
