Accounts Executive

• Maintain and update daily accounting records (sales, purchase, receipts, and payments).

• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts on a regular basis.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per timelines.

• Coordinate with internal departments for billing, approvals, and expense reimbursements.

• Maintain Petty Cash and ensure timely settlements.

• Support in audits (internal/external) by providing necessary documentation.

• Prepare MIS reports and assist management with financial analysis.
