Accounts And Finance Executive

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. The CFO will drive the organization’s financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management, ensuring sustainable growth and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business goals.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes.

Direct and manage all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with GAAP/IFRS and relevant local regulations.

Lead capital structure management, fundraising, banking relationships, and investor relations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to inform decision-making.

Assess and manage financial risks and opportunities.

Ensure proper systems and controls are in place to support scalability and safeguard company assets.

Collaborate with other executives on strategic initiatives including M&A, expansion, and operational improvements.

Lead and develop the finance, accounting, and procurement teams.

Serve as a key liaison with auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is highly desirable.

10+ years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles.

Proven track record in strategic financial planning, risk management, and fundraising.

Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, and business operations.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
