Accounts And Finance Executive

We are looking for an Sr. Executive - Accounts And Finance to join our team at at Sam Tours and Travels. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹28,000 - ₹30,000 of Gross salary per month and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage books of accounts using Tally Prime with high accuracy.

• Knowledge of features such as cost center creation, taking exception reports etc.

• Handle end-to-end TDS and GST compliances, including:

  • Timely return filing

  • TDS deduction, deposit, and reconciliation

  • GST computation, input matching, and monthly/quarterly returns

• Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business performance.

• Manage and reconcile the General Ledger, ensuring proper classification and treatment of expenses/incomes.

• Assist in statutory audits and internal audits, providing necessary documentation and schedules.

• Ensure timely closure of books and reporting as per timelines.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy, Proficient in Tally ERP — deep working knowledge, not just data entry, Solid understanding of TDS and GST, Ability to prepare financial statements independently, Good grasp of accounting principles and ledger management,Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate / Post Graduate / CA Intermediate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
