Accountant

We are looking for a female Accountant with 2–4 years of experience in accounting, accounts work, billing, Tally, and GST to join our Gaming & Recreational Lounge. The candidate will be responsible for handling the lounge’s day-to-day financial operations, billing of services, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts including cash, sales, and service billing for the lounge.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable – vendor invoices, supplier payments, and customer receipts.

• Handle billing and invoicing for lounge services (games, food, beverages, memberships, etc.).

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliance reports.

• Record transactions in Tally ERP and maintain proper documentation.

• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and petty cash management.

• Generate monthly and annual financial statements/reports.

• Coordinate with auditors during audits and ensure compliance.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth financial operations for the lounge.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting/accounts work.

• Knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and billing processes.

• Strong command of MS Excel and financial reporting.

• Good communication skills to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
