Manage Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and issue invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and reconcile customer accounts.
General Ledger (GL) Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger, process journal entries, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS).
Bank and Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Month-End/Year-End Closing: Assist in the preparation and finalization of monthly and annual financial closing processes.
Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing primary financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
Reporting: Generate various internal financial reports for management review (e.g., variance analysis, expense reports).
Budgeting Support: Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data and preparing preliminary reports.
Tax and Statutory Compliance: Handle timely and accurate calculation and payment of statutory dues (e.g., TDS, GST, PF, ESI, as applicable) and assist with related return filings.
Policy Adherence: Ensure all financial operations comply with company policies, local regulations, and statutory requirements.
Audit Support: Prepare necessary documentation and provide support during internal and external audits.
