Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support our finance department in managing daily accounting tasks. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

·         Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP system

·         Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers

·         Handle accounts payable and receivable

·         Assist in bank reconciliation statements

·         Maintain petty cash records

·         Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation

·         Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment follow-ups

·         Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

·         Assist in monthly closing and reporting

🔹 Required Skills:

·         Basic knowledge of accounting principles

·         Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting software

·         Good understanding of GST & TDS

·         Proficiency in MS Excel

·         Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills

🔹 Qualification:

·         B.Com / M.Com

·         Additional accounting certification (preferred)

🔹 Key Competencies:

·         Strong numerical ability

·         Time management

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
