Accountant

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Journal).

• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, supporting vouchers, and ledger entries.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable with timely follow-ups.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and customer accounts.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly & yearly closing of books.

• Manage GST filing data, TDS working, and other statutory compliance support.

• Prepare reports such as cash flow, outstanding report, stock report, and expense statements.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.

• Support management with financial data, MIS reports, and analysis.
