Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: 2-5 years
Skills : Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Basic knowledge of data entry, Familiarity with email handling, internet research, Good communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Prepare tax returns and support in tax filings.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Perform other accounting duties as required by the management.
