Accountant

• Assist the Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting tasks.

• Enter and update financial data in Excel and Tally.

• Maintain purchase, sales, stock, and expense records.

• Support in preparing invoices, vouchers, and receipts.

• Help in reconciling bank statements and ledgers.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounts-related papers.

• Assist during audits by providing required data and reports.

• Follow instructions and complete tasks assigned by the Senior Accountant promptly.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial data.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Basic formulas, data entry, formatting).

• Knowledge of Tally ERP (voucher entry, ledgers, basic reporting).

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
