Job Description – Accounts Executive (Female)

Position: Accounts Executive
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Location: 218, Dhanlaxmi Building, 2nd Floor, Road No. 11, Near Jemini House, Next to Tunga Paradise, MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400093
Gender Requirement: Female candidate preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.

• Assist in handling petty cash, bank transactions, and reconciliations.

• Support preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and ledgers.

• Maintain files and documentation as per company policies.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for payments and receipts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Commerce graduate B.Com/M.Com.

• 0–2 years of experience in accounts (freshers with basic accounting knowledge may apply).

• Familiarity with Tally/Excel/Accounting software preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
