Job Description – Accounts Executive (Female)

Position: Accounts Executive
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Location: 218, Dhanlaxmi Building, 2nd Floor, Road No. 11, Near Jemini House, Next to Tunga Paradise, MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400093
Gender Requirement: Female candidate preferred

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, bills, and receipts.
Assist in handling petty cash, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
Support preparation of monthly/quarterly reports and ledgers.
Maintain files and documentation as per company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for payments and receipts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Commerce graduate B.Com/M.Com.
0–2 years of experience in accounts (freshers with basic accounting knowledge may apply).
Familiarity with Tally/Excel/Accounting software preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
