The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, dispatching, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role ensures efficient logistics flow, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and company standards.
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor and manage warehouse staff performance and shift scheduling.
Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are handled efficiently and accurately.
Maintain proper inventory control and conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate with transport, purchase, and operations teams for smooth dispatch and delivery planning.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as stock reports, delivery challans, and gate passes.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
Manage warehouse housekeeping, safety, and equipment maintenance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of warehouse procedures and logistics operations.
Familiar with ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS).
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).
3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including supervisory roles.
Knowledge of inventory management and dispatch planning.
