Coordinate daily excavation activities including machine movement, levels, and work sequence as guided by engineers.
Prepare daily progress reports with photos, load counts, machine hours, and productivity details.
Ensure site safety compliance and proper communication with operators, contractors, and authorities when required.
Manage logistics such as vehicle entry/exit, dump yard movement, and diesel tracking.
Act as the communication link between site staff, engineers, and management for smooth execution of work.
