Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

● Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment,

and shipping.

● Implement and maintain efficient and organized warehouse processes to optimize workflow.

● Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

● Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff, ensuring a high level of productivity and motivation.

● Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to meet operational objectives.

● Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

● Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and condition of

received and shipped goods.

● Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to identify and resolve any safety or

maintenance issues.

● Implement inventory control procedures, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and

audits.

● Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan for inventory

replenishment.

● Identify opportunities for system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency.

● Enforce safety policies and procedures to create a secure working environment.

● Ensure compliance with local, state regulations related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

● Proven experience in warehouse management, with a track record of successful leadership.

● Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain

processes.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and other relevant technologies.

● Strong leadership and team management skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
