Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage last mile operations to ensure timely deliveries.

• Handle client communication and coordination for smooth operational flow.

• Manage daily field operations, including route planning and issue resolution.

• Lead and supervise a team of delivery riders – including recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Ensure availability and proper utilization of fleet and resources.

• Conduct field visits to monitor team performance and ensure SOP adherence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations/logistics/last mile delivery.

• Strong team management and communication skills.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to take ownership.

• Familiarity with Patna routes and local geography preferred.
