Warehouse Manager

A Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, distribution, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities

Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.

• Implement processes to improve accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and enhance efficiency.

• Ensure proper use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.

• Assign tasks and monitor productivity and quality of work.

• Promote a positive, safe, and efficient work environment.

• Logistics Coordination

  • Collaborate with procurement, transportation, production, and customer service teams.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors.

  • Troubleshoot delivery delays, order discrepancies, and logistics issues.

  Process Improvement

  • Analyze workflow and implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean, 5S, KPIs).

  • Recommend equipment, layout, and system upgrades to increase efficiency.

  • Monitor operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
