Inventory Management

Supervise loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.

Team Supervision
Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Provide training on safety protocols and operational procedures.

Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
Implement and monitor health & safety practices (PPE, fire safety, etc.).
Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock movement and warehouse performance.
Highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Support management with data for decision-making.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
Proficiency in ERP/WMS software and MS Excel.
Leadership and team management skills.

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.

Warehouse space utilization efficiency.
Reduction in stock discrepancies and damages.
