Job Summary
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing ground-level operations, rider hiring, attendance tracking, order monitoring, COD follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth daily operations and timely deliveries
Rider Hiring & On-boarding
Source and on-board delivery riders through field hiring and local networks.
Conduct initial screening and document verification.
Ensure proper induction and on-boarding of new riders.
2. Attendance Management
Monitor daily attendance and follow up with absentees.
Maintain accurate attendance records.
Ensure manpower availability as per operational requirements.
3. Order & Rider Tracking
Track order status and rider movement through operational tools/apps.
Coordinate with riders for timely deliveries.
Resolve delivery delays and operational escalations.
4. COD Monitoring
Monitor daily COD collections from riders.
Ensure timely reconciliation and cash submission.
Maintain proper COD records and reports.
5. Payroll Coordination
Compile attendance, performance, and COD data for salary processing.
Coordinate for timely payroll support.
Address rider salary-related concerns.
6. Field Operations Management
Supervise daily field operations and rider activities.
Resolve operational and rider-related issues.
