Job Summary

The Fleet Coach is responsible for monitoring fleet operations, coaching drivers, improving transportation efficiency, and ensuring safety and compliance within warehousing and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and train drivers on safety and operational SOPs
Monitor fleet performance and delivery timelines
Ensure compliance with transport and safety regulations
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams
Track vehicle utilization and driver behavior
Support operational and route efficiency improvements

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet, transportation, warehousing, or logistics operations
Basic knowledge of fleet management and logistics processes
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic MS Excel knowledge preferred
