Handling EDI filing for import and export shipments.
Preparing and submitting shipping documents on customs portals.
Coordinating with CHA, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters.
Checking accuracy of invoices, packing lists, HBL/MBL, AWB, etc.
Updating shipment status in system/software.
Maintaining records and ensuring timely customs clearance.
Resolving EDI errors and documentation issues.
Following compliance and customs regulations.
