Warehouse Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Driver Management Executive to manage and supervise our team of drivers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle scheduling, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily driver schedules and routes

• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and duty status

• Handle driver onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements

• Ensure timely assignment of vehicles and address operational issues

• Maintain records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle conditions

• Communicate company policies and provide necessary training to drivers

• Resolve conflicts and provide support to drivers when needed

• Work closely with management to improve efficiency and service quality

Requirements:

• Previous experience in driver or fleet management preferred

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp communication, etc.)

• Must be disciplined, responsible, and proactive
