Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role ensures productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are compliant with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

• Maintain inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all warehouse transactions.

• Supervise loading and unloading of goods.

• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Implement health and safety procedures within the warehouse.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc., if needed.

• Monitor the performance of warehouse staff and provide guidance or training as necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.

• Generate and analyze reports on inventory and warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.

• Proven experience (2+ years) in warehouse or logistics operations.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes:

• Certification in inventory control or logistics is a plus.

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

• Good communication skills and a team player mindset.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and equipment noise.

• May involve standing, lifting, and moving goods for extended periods.
