Role Overview

We’re looking for a Techno-Commercial Transport Executive to manage trip costing, vehicle placement, and operational efficiency. This role blends technical analysis with commercial acumen, ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced logistics environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and analyze trip-wise costing (fuel, tolls, driver expenses, etc.).

· Coordinate with customers and vendors for timely vehicle placement.

· Monitor trip execution through GPS / TMS tools and ensure on-time deliveries.

· Compare estimated vs. actual trip costs and track profitability.

· Support billing and accounts with accurate trip documentation.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize fleet utilization.

What We’re Looking For

· 3–7 years’ experience in transport operations / trip costing / vehicle placement.

· Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with TMS / GPS tracking preferred.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

· Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain / Engineering.
