Store Executive

We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team at Vybia Healthcare.

Roles and responsibilities are:

• Maintain record of all incoming and outgoing stock.

• Update daily inventory register / Excel sheet.

• Check and record all inward materials with proper documentation.

• Ensure all dispatch materials are properly packed and labeled.

• Prepare materials for daily dispatch as per order list.

• Load and unload material from vehicle safely.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.

• Keep dispatch and stock records updated regularly.

• Coordinate with logistics / transport team for timely vehicle movement.

• Report any damage, shortage, or mismatch in material immediately.

• Support in monthly physical stock verification.

• Follow safety and company SOPs during handling of goods.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
