Role Overview:

We are hiring Sales Representatives who are passionate, energetic, and eager to grow in the agro industry.

🔹 First 2 Months: Training Period – No Salary

🔹 Commission-Based Earnings from Day 1

🔹 After Training: Performance-based roles with increased responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard agro suppliers/buyers

• Promote OBAOL’s services and trading tools

• Close commodity deals and support network growth

• Share daily insights and leads with the core team

• Be the face of OBAOL in your region

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers/Experienced sales professionals

• Strong interest in agro trade & business development

• Self-driven, reliable, and good at communication

• Field sales experience is a plus, not mandatory

Compensation:

• No fixed salary for the first 2 months (training)

• Commission on every sale/deal closed (active from Day 1)

• Growth to leadership/core team roles based on performance

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
