Key Responsibilities:
1) Identify and develop new business opportunities in international freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Customs Clearance, Licensing).
2) Generate leads through cold calling, networking and market research.
3) Visit clients and conduct face-to-face meetings to understand their logistics needs.
4) Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
5) Negotiate pricing with customers.
6) Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
7) Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
8) Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
