Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a Start-up interior Fit-Out contracting Company located in White Field Area (Nallurhalli Main Road, HAL Old Airport Rd, near Shell Petrol Pump, Brookefield, Bengaluru)

Office Hours 10 AM to 6:30 PM

6 Days working with 2 Saturdays off

Key Responsibilities: -

• Conduct accurate on-site measurements to verify execution and progress.

• Prepare and submit milestone-based client invoices with clarity and accuracy.

• Validate and process vendor bills in sync with site status and purchase orders.

• Act as a bridge between site engineers, contractors, and the office team.

• Deliver timely reports to the Project Manager on quantities, costs, and progress.

• Assist in BOQs, cost estimation, and bid evaluations for upcoming projects.

  Skills Required:

• Deep understanding of quantity surveying & billing practices.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant billing/project tools.

• Analytical mindset with an eye for precision.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience handling multiple vendors and project timelines.

• Qualification Required - B tech-Civil, M.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Experience in high-end commercial or hospitality projects.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
