🎯 Job Purpose

To lead and manage the Quality Assurance function across all manufacturing operations, ensuring product reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in quality systems for CCTV and electronic products.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Quality Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement company-wide quality assurance strategies aligned with ISO standards and industry benchmarks.

• Lead cross-functional quality initiatives to improve product performance and reduce defects.

Process Control & Compliance

• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection protocols for PCB assemblies, camera modules, and electronic components.

Team Management

• Build and mentor a high-performing QA/QC team across production lines.

• Define roles, KPIs, and training plans for quality inspectors and engineers.

Customer & Supplier Quality

• Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions using tools like 8D, Fishbone, and Pareto.

• Audit and qualify suppliers based on quality metrics and reliability standards.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain quality manuals, SOPs, and inspection reports.

• Present monthly dashboards on defect rates, yield, and CAPA status to senior management.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives to optimize quality and reduce waste.

• Implement statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode analysis (FMEA).

Criteria Details

Education B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field

Experience 8 years in QA/QC, with 4+ years in leadership roles in electronics/CCTV manufacturing

Tools Familiarity with ERP systems, SPC software, and quality analytics

Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with SMT, wave soldering, and camera module testing.

• Exposure to international quality standards and export compliance.

• Ability to collaborate with R&D, production, and service teams.
