We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager who can ensure that all products meet our company standards. The role involves daily quality checks, supervising production quality, identifying issues, and making sure problems are fixed quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day product quality during production.

• Identify quality issues, defects, damages, and production losses.

• Work with the production team to fix problems on time.

• Maintain proper records of inspections, errors, and corrective actions.

• Check materials, finished products, and packaging quality.

• Ensure the factory floor follows all quality and safety standards.

• Train workers on basic quality practices whenever needed.

• Prepare simple reports for management.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream).

• Basic understanding of production and quality checks (training will be provided).

• Good communication and observation skills.

• Ability to take responsibility and manage a team.

• Quick problem-solving attitude.
