About the Role

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Picker & Packer associates to join our warehouse operations team in Hyderabad. As a key member of Zepto’s supply chain, you will ensure that every customer order is picked accurately, packed securely, and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from shelves/storage as per order requirements.

• Pack products securely to prevent damage during delivery.

• Perform quality checks to ensure items are not expired/damaged.

• Update inventory records and report low stock levels.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.

• Assist in loading/unloading of goods when required.

  Skills & Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Higher preferred).

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items throughout the shift.

• Language: Basic Hindi/Telugu. English is an advantage.

• Soft Skills: Punctual, reliable, attention to detail, team player.

Job Details

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Working Days: 6 days/week, 1 day off

• Shifts: Rotational (Morning, Evening, Night)

• Location: Multiple Zepto Warehouses across Hyderabad

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 per month (depending on location/shift)

• Incentives: Attendance bonus + performance bonus
