Job Title: Picker / PackerLocation: Blinkit Warehouse / Dark StoreDepartment: Operations & LogisticsJob Responsibilities:Accurately pick customer orders from shelves using the mobile app or list provided.Pack products neatly and securely to avoid damage during delivery.Ensure the correct quantity, quality, and expiry dates of items.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing area.Scan and update inventory in the system.Work with the team to ensure fast order processing within the required timeline.Check for damaged or missing products and report to the supervisor.Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.Skills Required:Basic reading and scanning skills.Ability to work quickly and accurately.Good physical stamina (standing, walking, lifting up to 10–15 kg).Teamwork and communication skills.Basic knowledge of Android mobile apps.Qualifications:Minimum 10th pass (varies by location).Prior warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Work Environment:Fast-paced warehouse/dark store setting.Shifts may include morning, evening, or night.Benefits (depending on location):Monthly salary + performance incentivesOvertime pay (if applicable)ESIC / PF benefitsUniform/ID card provided
