Coordinate and monitor end-to-end logistics operations (dispatch, transportation, and delivery)
Plan and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Liaise with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams
Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatches, and deliveries
Ensure proper documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc.)
Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays promptly
Monitor logistics costs and suggest cost-saving measures
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Prepare regular reports on logistics performance and KPIs
Coordinate with sales and production teams for order fulfillment
