Job Summary:
The Manpower Supervisor & Field Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end field recruitment, manpower planning, attendance supervision, and coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment of staff at various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field recruitment drives to source manpower for different client requirements.
Coordinate with locals and references to fulfill manpower needs on time.
Supervise and manage deployed field staff—attendance, discipline, and performance tracking.
Maintain daily reports of joining, attrition, and attendance Day/night both shift.
Conduct site visits to verify manpower availability and resolve on-ground issues.
Support onboarding, documentation, and ID card/asset distribution.
Liaise between HR and site teams for smooth communication and manpower movement.
Maintain a database of active candidates and local recruitment sources.
Requirements:
Education: Any discipline .
Experience: 1–3 years in field recruitment, manpower supervision, or staffing operations.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing
Ability to handle field work and travel as needed & reporting skills
