Labour Supervisor

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily horticulture maintenance activities at the site

Ensure timely attendance and discipline of gardeners/mali and other horticulture staff

Plan and monitor routine tasks such as lawn mowing, watering, pruning, weeding, and plant care

Inspect plants, lawns, and garden areas regularly and report any issues (diseases, dryness, etc.)

Maintain records of work done, manpower deployment, and material usage

Coordinate with the site engineer or client representative for daily work instructions and reporting

Ensure cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep of the garden and green areas

Monitor use of fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening tools/equipment

Guide workers on safety and proper horticultural practices

Ensure work is completed as per schedule and specifications

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th pass or diploma in horticulture (preferred)

Prior experience in horticulture/garden maintenance supervision

Knowledge of plant species, seasonal care, and landscaping practices

Ability to handle manpower and report daily work status
