Labour Supervisor

The Labour Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all labour activities at the construction site. The role ensures proper manpower allocation, productivity, safety, and discipline among workers while coordinating with engineers and site management for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage labour teams on-site to ensure daily work progress.

• Allocate manpower as per work requirements and monitor attendance.

• Ensure workers follow safety protocols and maintain discipline on site.

• Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Manager for daily work planning.

• Maintain labour attendance records and report to HR / Admin.

• Monitor productivity and report any issues or delays.

• Assist in material handling and ensure proper use of resources.

• Resolve labour-related conflicts and maintain a healthy work environment.

• Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety on the construction site.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of construction work procedures

• Ability to manage large teams effectively

• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills

• Understanding of safety standards and compliance

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
